Camping

If you’re bringing a trailer, camper, or tent to the Fair, please review the following information:

  • Pass Requirement: Parking is permitted with the purchase of passes for the current day plus all remaining days of the Fair for each person staying in the trailer, camper, or tent.

  • No Hook-ups: Sites are unserviced – no water, hydro, or sewage hook-ups.

  • No Dumping: On-site dumping is not permitted.

  • Availability: Spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is at the discretion of the Stormont Agricultural Society (SAS).

  • Location: Parking is only permitted along the fence on the south side of the Fairgrounds, west of the main gate, or as arranged by SAS.

  • Registration: All units must be registered with the Fair Office and display an approved label. Provide the owner’s name and the names of all occupants.

  • Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Please keep noise at a reasonable level at all times.

  • Generators: Must be positioned so they do not interfere with other campers.

  • Cleanliness: Keep your camping area tidy and free of debris.

  • Fires & Alcohol: No campfires allowed. Alcohol is only permitted in designated areas.

  • No Drugs: Absolutely no illegal drugs on SAS property.

  • Admission: All occupants must have paid weekend or daily admission.

  • Fees: $25 per day or $100 for the weekend (all users, except SAS staff/volunteers, pay the same rate)

  • Liability: SAS is not responsible for damage, accidents, or injuries. Parking is at your own risk.

  • Waiver: The owner of the trailer, camper, or tent must sign a waiver.

  • Departure Times:

    • Saturday, Sunday, Monday: Check-out by 11:00 am

    • Monday stays end at 6:00 pm
