SAS PREMISE IDENTIFICATION:
CCIA or Pigtrace Tag/Identifier (required)
All livestock (dairy / beef cattle, sheep, bison or pigs) must possess the approved (intact and undamaged) CCIA or PIGTRACE tag or identifier in order to enter the fairgrounds. No tag, NO ENTRY. CFIA will be inspecting fairs.

Visit the Fair Office at the Fairgrounds during the following times:
Thu, Aug 28: 6:30 pm – 9 pm
Fri, Aug 29: 8:30 am – 11 pm (or closing)
Sat, Aug 30: 8 am – 11 pm (or closing)
Sun, Aug 31: 8 am – 11 pm (or closing)
Mon, Sept 1: 8 am – 6 pm

Message from Ontario Holstein:

Just reaching out regarding your upcoming county show. In the past, if an animal has lost their ear tag, a meat tag could be used as substitution. This is no longer the case. All animals must have at least one tag that matches their registration paper or they will not be able to show. We ask that you share this information with anyone that needs it for the upcoming show. Holstein Canada offers an expedited shipping option for replacement tags.

Gate Pass Ready?
To All exhibitors that are issued Gate passes (mailed / East Gate Pickup), please be sure to have your pass ready for redemption even if arriving early Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning.
