RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All ages welcome! Open to amateur photographers only. An amateur photographer is someone who takes photos for personal enjoyment, rather than as a paid profession. 

2. Photographs must be mounted on white Bristol board or cardstock with a 1″/2.5cm border on all sides. *Note there will be a limited number of pre-cut borders available on a first come first serve basis.  

3. Photographs must be 5″x7″ on photo paper, with no digital enhancements unless otherwise stated.  

4. All entries must be an original photograph taken by the exhibitor within the last 5 years. 

5. Only 1 entry per person per class. 

6. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.  

7. If less than 3 entries are received in any one section, award of any prize is at the discretion of the judge.  

8. All entries must be submitted in Stormont Hall on Friday of Fair Weekend before 11:30 a.m. and picked up at 4:00 p.m. on the Monday of Fair Weekend.
